As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to thrive in education, develop essential life skills, and build brighter futures. You will need a driving licence for this role.
- Help learners develop confidence, independence, communication and employability skills.
- Reinforce learning by adapting resources and providing additional support where required, adhering to safeguarding and health and safety policies and procedures.
- A caring, patient and enthusiastic individual with a genuine passion for supporting young people with SEND.
- A flexible approach, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable, although full training and development will be provided for the right candidate.
Generous holiday entitlement: 25 days annual plus bank holidays (pro rata).
