ESOL Curriculum Manager in Scunthorpe

We're looking for an inspiring Curriculum Manager to lead the development of an innovative, high-quality curriculum for learners with EHCPs, helping them build confidence, independence and meaningful futures. • Teaching qualification or relevant equivalent qualification with demonstrable teaching experience.
• Excellent knowledge and practical experience of managing or leading a delivery area within the Ofsted Education Inspection Framework (EIF).
• DSL Level 3 trained or willingness to undertake, with substantial experience of dealing with complex cases.
• Demonstrable evidence of leadership and management development or skills.
• Significant experience of delivering programmes to support those on EHC Plans.
• A flexible approach to work and the ability to meet challenges and adapt to change.
• Ability to deal with challenging behaviour at times.
• General awareness of health and safety and building management.
• Strong IT skills, across multiple platforms, with an in-depth knowledge of office tools, with an eye for detail that's second to none.
• You're a positive, energised and enthusiastic person, with a real zest for helping others.
• Nothing makes you happier than seeing someone progress, knowing you helped them get there.
• Qualified Assessor for example Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement or willingness to undertake.
• Ofsted nominee experience.
