Skills Centre Plus is seeking a passionate Construction Skills Tutor to inspire young people with SEND to develop practical trade skills, confidence and independence. You will work with learners aged 16-25 in small groups and 1:1 settings, delivering hands-on construction training that prepares learners for employment and helps them realise their potential.
You will use your industry experience to tailor teaching approaches for a range of learning needs, including SEMH, ASD and ADHD.
