Welcome visitors and manage front‑of‑house smoothly
Handle enquiries, calls, and parent/carer communications
Build relationships with learners, partners, and local groups
Support and coordinate events, trips, and activities
Promote services through social media and marketing materials
Keep records, registers, and data accurate and up to date
Assist with finance tasks like orders and petty cash
Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up actions
Work collaboratively, suggest improvements, and provide general admin support
What we need from you to be considered for this fantastic opportunity:
Friendly, confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
Well-organised with excellent attention to detail.
Interest in administration, events, marketing or community engagement.
Willingness to learn, take initiative and complete apprenticeship requirements.
Ability to work positively within a team environment.
And this will make you stand out from the crowd, but don\’t worry if you don\’t have this experience:
Previous experience in administration or customer-facing roles.
Familiarity with social media platforms or marketing tasks.
Interest in supporting learners, education or community development.
Ability to deal with challenging behaviour at times
An understanding of the different local services available for learners
You’re interested in supporting the wider team with our wellbeing activities, learning opportunities or employment support – and have some skills to offer in this area
