As a Student Engagement Assistant, you'll be right at the heart of the action - creating vibrant events, crafting standout digital content and becoming a go-to ambassador for Acis Students. One moment you're running welcome days or buzzing fresher's fairs, the next you're producing eye-catching social media campaigns or guiding students through accommodation viewings. As a Student Engagement Assistant, your role may vary depending on your skills and experience. However, typical tasks might include:

  • Organising and delivering events, activities, workshops, open days, welcome days and drop‑ins
  • Sharing information and messages through a range of methods including visual displays and promotional campaigns
  • Producing high quality and engaging social media and digital content that can be used on all relevant platforms
  • Attending sales and marketing events such as accommodation and fresher's fairs
  • Being an ambassador for Acis Students sharing information about our services with a wide range of audiences
  • Completing viewings of the accommodation, sharing information about your experience and helping resolve enquiries
