We are looking for a Data Performance Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping how we use data, performance information and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement across the organisation. From overseeing key performance dashboards and regulatory returns to analysing trends, benchmarking our performance and challenging us to improve, you will be at the heart of strategic decision-making.
Working closely with senior leaders, Board members and colleagues across the business, you will help ensure our data is accurate, meaningful and impactful. As a Data Performance Manager, a typical day might include:
- Lead the development, validation and delivery of Acis Groups KPI dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, audit readiness and meaningful performance insights.
- Provide data and analysis to support Board reports, strategic decision-making, annual reporting and policy development.
- Manage and coordinate key regulatory and statutory returns, including TSM, ESG, SDR, NROSH and EDI submissions.
- Use performance, customer and benchmarking data to identify trends, challenge performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead on tenant satisfaction reporting, benchmarking and insight generation to help shape services and strategy.
- Maintain and develop relationships with external benchmarking, assurance and regulatory partners.
- Line manage and support the Data Analyst, fostering a collaborative and high-performing approach to data reporting.
- Champion data quality, integrity and governance across the organisation.
- Oversee the Group Risk Register system, providing assurance and challenge to risk owners.
- Produce high-quality management information, dashboards and reports to inform business decisions.
- Coordinate new reporting requirements arising from legislation and regulatory change.
- Use tools such as Power BI, SQL and other reporting solutions to deliver impactful analysis and insights.
Some of the experience and skills we're looking for:
- A relevant degree, professional qualification, or equivalent experience in data, reporting or business intelligence.
- Experience managing multiple priorities, delivering results and driving improvements to tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience working with large databases, reporting tools and business intelligence platforms.
- Good knowledge of SQL and database structures, with experience creating reports and dashboards.
- Experience using Power BI and advanced Excel to produce meaningful performance insights.
- Familiarity with reporting tools and technologies such as SSRS, SQL Developer, Oracle, Crystal Reports, GIS or similar.
- Ability to combine data from multiple sources to tell a clear and compelling performance story.
- Confident presenting analysis and recommendations to senior leaders, Boards and committees.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- A customer-focused approach and genuine interest in improving organisational performance.
