  • Making every contact count, focusing on growing our service offer, broadening our strategic partnerships and driving new income into the Campus while ensuring impact for our coastal communities.
  • Working with the Campus Operational Team to provide leadership to ensure we meet income targets and offer quality services and facilities to all our Campus members and customers.
  • Ensuring the Campus delivers a diverse range of support and engagement activities for those living in Mablethorpe and the local area through the development of our own activities and working with partners.
  • Maintaining oversight of the Campus budgets to ensure income and expenditure falls in line with agreed annual budgeting and forecasting, working closely with the finance team to highlight any areas of risk or concern to Senior management.
  • Contributing to the annual review of the Campus business plan and priorities.
  • Supporting the Campus steering group through administration of their meetings, preparing and presenting reports on developmental progress and supporting general Steering group activity as required in order to assist in the achievement of key performance measures and outcomes.
