Hours: 37 hours per week, term time only (46 weeks a year pro rata)

What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver engaging sessions across vocational, academic, and employability programmes
- Prepare learning materials and maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment
- Work with learners individually or in small groups to build confidence
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being among learners
- Achieve a recognised teaching qualification (e.g. AET)
- Participate in internal training and CPD
- Assess, record, and report learner progress following awarding body requirements
- Contribute to continuous development of course materials and delivery methods
- Engage positively with learners, parents/carers, and colleagues
What We're Looking For
- A passionate educator or motor vehicle industry expert with experience or interest in teaching
- Previous experience working with SEN learners is desirable, but not essential
- Familiarity with Quality Assurance (QA) and End-Point Assessment (EPA) would be a bonus but not essential
- Flexibility, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to make a difference
