Responsibilities
- Being a central point of contact for all colleagues, members and those visiting the Campus for Future Living.
- Ensuring visitors are signed in and directed to where they need to be.
- Providing comprehensive business administration support for all the Campus team.
- Providing support in the organisation and delivery of various Campus activities, events and communications.
- Making bookings and updating calendars so everyone knows what needs doing, by whom and when.
- Ordering stock and liaising with suppliers, ensuring we get the best value for money and best service – and there is no disruption to delivery.
- Working with the Campus Manager and Business Development Manager to put together and send out quotes for customers, ensuring a smooth end‑to‑end sales process.
- Undertake all finance activity including raising purchase orders, invoices and processing payments and receipts.
- Ensuring documents are well organised and stored correctly so they can be easily found when needed.
- Support with cashing up and banking as needed.
- Updating notice boards and supporting social media scheduling.
- Other day‑to‑day administrative tasks such as managing central emails, Outlook calendars and handling post.
Qualifications
- You are a well organised individual and great at delivering tasks to timescales.
- You have brilliant IT skills with experience of all Microsoft packages.
- You have good literacy skills with the ability to write clearly and effectively.
- You are capable of communicating effectively with people from a variety of different backgrounds, whether that be a colleague, partner organisation or local resident.

Additional Information
- Your base location shall be Campus for Future Living, Mablethorpe. We might ask you to visit other sites or locations as part of your role.
- You will work 20 hours each week.

- This role requires a basic DBS check.
- We like to be smart and safe, so you'll need to wear suitable clothing for the day.
- You'll work with a variety of stakeholders such as other team members, managers and directors, the Board, our customers, members of the public, contractors, employees from other organisations and so on.
- As this is a fixed term role, the end date for the contract will be 31 March 2027.
