This role focuses on delivering engaging and differentiated sessions that help SEN learners develop personal, vocational, and employability skills. You’ll take responsibility for your own planning and delivery and quality assurance while continuing to develop pedagogical practice through in-house and external CPD.
- Level 3 Tutors are fully qualified teachers, holding QTS who lead the design and delivery of high-quality teaching and learning across a defined curriculum area, acting as curriculum lead.
