We are seeking a highly organised and commercially minded Transaction Manager to support our growing pipeline of property acquisitions within the supported housing and social impact real estate sectors. This role is central to driving multiple live acquisitions from offer through to completion ensuring funding, conveyancing, professional inputs and internal processes all move at pace and to a high standard.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in property transactions, conveyancing, coordination, stakeholder management and process improvement. This is a fast-paced environment offering significant responsibility, autonomy and career progression.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end acquisition transactions ensuring timely progression from offer to completion.
- Coordinate all funding application requirements with brokers, lenders, valuers and internal teams.
- Oversee conveyancing across multiple purchases working closely with solicitors, surveyors and sellers.
- Track all legal and lender conditions ensuring compliance and timely resolution of enquiries.
- Coordinate surveyors, valuers, architects, planners and environmental professionals.
- Maintain a detailed transaction tracker and provide weekly progress updates.
- Take full accountability for delivering transactions on time and meeting quarterly completion targets.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement improved processes, workflows and templates to shorten the acquisition cycle.
- Maintain fully organised transaction files and ensure compliance across all documentation.
- Strong background in property transactions ideally within residential development or investment acquisitions.
- Experience liaising with solicitors, lenders, valuers and surveyors.
- Proven ability to manage multiple acquisitions simultaneously.
- Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working to targets, deadlines and high expectations.
- Evidence of improving processes or operational workflows is highly desirable.
