About the role We are looking for a talented, creative, resourceful and open minded Sr. Project Manager to join our London office . The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a strong focus on project planning, execution, and delivery across a diverse portfolio that includes: Retail permanent stores Interior design and furniture projects Pop-up stores Window displays RESPONSIBILITIES Project Management Lead and manage ephemeral architecture and retail experience projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with brand identity, client expectations, and design intent. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Oversee the creation, management, and quality control of technical drawings, 3D models, renders, and other project documentation, ensuring compliance with CAD and internal standards. Coordinate cross-functional internal and external teams (creative, production, logistics) for cohesive execution. Monitor and control project budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards. Conduct regular project reviews, risk assessments, and status updates to stakeholders, proactively addressing any challenges or delays. Ensure successful on-site project implementation, managing logistics, timelines, and contractor coordination. Client Management Serve as point of contact and strategic partner for clients, building trust and long-term relationships. Translate client briefs into actionable proposals and project plans. Identify opportunities to expand account relationships and project scopes. Lead client communications with transparency and professionalism, including reverse briefs and debriefs. Ensure client satisfaction across all phases of project delivery. REQUIREMENTS Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities – able to manage multiple fast-paced projects. Strong communication and negotiation skills with teams and external partners. Solid understanding of spatial concepts, construction processes, and design execution. Proficient in project management tools and drawing packages (CAD, 3D modeling, renderings, moodboards). Education
