We are looking for a talented, creative, resourceful and open-minded Project Manager to join our London office. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a strong focus on project planning, execution, and delivery across a diverse portfolio that includes:
- Retail permanent stores
- Interior design and furniture projects
- Pop-up stores
- Window displays
RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management
- Lead and manage ephemeral architecture and retail experience projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with brand identity, client expectations, and design intent.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Oversee the creation, management, and quality control of technical drawings, 3D models, renders, and other project documentation, ensuring compliance with CAD and internal standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional internal and external teams (creative, production, logistics) for cohesive execution.
- Monitor and control project budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
- Conduct regular project reviews, risk assessments, and status updates to stakeholders, proactively addressing any challenges or delays.
- Ensure successful on-site project implementation, managing logistics, timelines, and contractor coordination.
Client Management
- Serve as point of contact and strategic partner for clients, building trust and long-term relationships.
- Translate client briefs into actionable proposals and project plans.
- Identify opportunities to expand account relationships and project scopes.
- Lead client communications with transparency and professionalism, including reverse briefs and debriefs.
- Ensure client satisfaction across all phases of project delivery.
REQUIREMENTS
Skills:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities – able to manage multiple fast-paced projects.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with teams and external partners.
- Solid understanding of spatial concepts, construction processes, and design execution.
- Proficient in project management tools and drawing packages (CAD, 3D modeling, renderings, moodboards).
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, Product Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in project management or similar roles.
Software:
- CAD: AutoCAD or equivalent
- 3D Modeling & Rendering: SketchUp, Rhinoceros, V-Ray (plus)
- Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (plus)
- Microsoft Office Suite
