Acierta is a design & production house with offices in the UK, Spain, France, Qatar and the USA operating throughout the globe. Founded in 2005, we are a team of experienced specialists in creativity, production, logistics and installation in any kind of Retail, Events and Hospitality projects.

We are looking for a talented, creative, and proactive Junior/Mid-Weight Designer to join our growing London office. The ideal candidate is a creative holistic designer (product, furniture, interior) with branding experience, excellent concept-creation abilities, and strong trend awareness. You should be able to craft elevated design solutions—from pop-ups and retail windows to interior and product concepts. We want someone willing to learn and adapt to different project backgrounds and scopes, capable of thinking "out of the box".

Responsibilities

  • Working within the Design team and collaborating with the Account Managers and Project Managers to understand project requirements, design intent, and client preferences.
  • Proposing and developing creative concepts in line with the brand identity.
  • Elaborating graphic documents for presentations including: 3D realistic renders, floorplans/elevations, moodboards, sketches and visualisations.
  • Developing concepts for custom production.
  • Coordinating and communicating with suppliers, manufacturers, and contractors to ensure accurate pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.
  • Elaborating drawing packages, including space planning, elevations, and joinery details.
  • Coordinating and managing projects and on-site activities.

Qualifications

  • Languages: English and Spanish (desirable).
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, industrial design, product design, architecture).
  • Expert in CAD, 3D modelling tools like Rhino, CD4 or 3ds Max, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Strong rendering skills with KeyShot.
  • Knowledge of technical development platforms such as SolidWorks is a plus.
  • Desirable knowledge of Animation 2D or 3D, Enscape, V-Ray, AI design/prompting tools.
