As a Content Marketing Specialist in the UK, you will join a diverse, passionate team dedicated to powering the world’s payments ecosystem!

The purpose of this Content Marketing Specialist role is:

  • Play a key role in bringing our content strategy to life through high-quality writing, editing, and content production.
  • Create compelling content across a variety of formats and channels, supporting thought leadership, marketing campaigns, and customer communications.
  • Help coordinate content initiatives, manage editorial planning and content workflows, and ensure projects move efficiently from concept to publication.
  • Identify opportunities to maximize the reach and impact of content through repurposing, optimization, and AI-enabled content creation.

The ideal candidate is a strong writer and storyteller with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating content that drives engagement and business results. They should be comfortable working across a range of content formats, including written, audio, video, and digital experiences, and confident using AI tools as part of a modern content creation workflow.

A typical day at ACI includes:

  • Creating and editing high-quality content across thought leadership, marketing campaigns, newsletters, events, and digital channels.
  • Developing engaging copy tailored to different audiences, objectives, and stages of the customer journey.
  • Supporting the creation and promotion of content across multiple formats, including articles, newsletters, webinars, podcasts, video, and event content.
  • Repurposing content into multiple formats and channels to maximize reach, engagement, and value.
  • Supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of content programs and initiatives.
  • Helping manage editorial calendars, content schedules, and production workflows.
  • Coordinating the development and delivery of content assets, ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Developing messaging and copy for customer-facing marketing materials and experiences.
  • Optimizing content for search and AI-driven discovery where appropriate.
  • Using AI tools to support content creation, editing, research, and optimization.
  • Monitoring content performance and contributing ideas to improve engagement and effectiveness.
  • Understanding and adhering to all corporate policies, including the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience needed to succeed in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, communications, journalism, or a related field.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging, and audience-focused content.
  • Experience creating B2B content, preferably within technology, software, payments, or fintech.
  • Experience working across multiple content formats, including written, digital, audio, and video-based content.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of SEO, AI-driven search, and content performance measurement.
  • Experience using AI tools to support content creation and production workflows.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
