We have Agri Machineries (Tractor, Harvester, Power Tiller, Diesel Engine, Reaper, Rice Transplanter & Water Pump), Automobiles (YAMAHA Motorcycles), Infrastructural Equipment (Kobelco, Case, Lovol & Ajax), Tire Solutions (CEAT), Commercial Vehicles (Foton & Mahindra), Lubricants (Yamalube & Liqui-Moly) & Power Solutions Products (YorPower, Himoinsa & Weichai) etc. in our product line.
• To continue the business growth and sustainability, we are looking for suitable job incumbent who will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, supporting business growth planning, and developing entrepreneurial activities to prospective customers as well as shaping the company\’s long-term vision, identifying new business opportunities, and developing programs to encourage entrepreneurship.

Job Responsibilities

Strategic Planning

• Assist in the development, review, and implementation of the company\’s short-term and long-term strategic plans.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking to support data-driven strategy formulation.
• Prepare detailed business cases, feasibility studies, and financial projections for new initiatives or expansion projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of operational activities with strategic goals.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare periodic strategy performance reports for management.

Entrepreneurship Development

• Design and implement programs to new entrepreneurship develop to create new customer base.
• Identify, evaluate, and data driven support to prospecting customer promising new business ideas. ROI based communication.
• Organize training, workshops, and mentoring sessions to build entrepreneurial capabilities to prospective customer.
• Digitally communicate these activities; Blogging, Customer review, ROI to prompt entrepreneurial development from fresh graduates.

Others

• Stay updated with market trends, industry developments, and emerging business models.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations in all strategic and entrepreneurial activities.
