Sales Director
Our client is a premier provider of advanced technology solutions for the hospitality industry.
The Role

Execute sales initiatives and drive revenue growth across all products and services of the Business.

Manage annual sales business plan and monitor process to monthly objectives.

Track and analyze competitive programs, market opportunities, products and activities in the Marketplace.

Execute professional and creative sales strategies to maximize sales and profitability.

Implement sales programs and promotion strategies in conjunction with business unit.
-
Provide monthly reports and update to business unit.

Work closely with management team to ensure that sales activity, focus, solutions expertise is maximized in the specific sector or targeted accounts

Initiate programs/initiatives to increase contacts at Senior Levels of customer’s business (“C” level), uncovers customer’s need and maps to possible solutions
The Person
-
Minimum 10 years experience successfully defining, articulating, communicating and selling comprehensive product strategies through direct selling as well as by following the channel sales strategy.

Demonstrate proven record of complex solution selling to specific sector

Extensive experience in selling to C-level and well connected in the market place

Strong business acumen. This includes knowledge about how businesses work, business trends and the implications to their business, strong competitive knowledge, and how strategies and tactics work in the marketplace.

Sales management generalist who utilizes a focused yet flexible/adaptable approach in building strategy and executing implementation; results orientation.
