We’re hiring a Junior QA Coordinator to support the quality and compliance function across ACI Group. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role focused on keeping our documentation, supplier compliance, and customer-facing information accurate, up to date, and audit-ready at all times. You will work closely with the Head of Customer Services & Quality Management, taking ownership of day-to-day QA administration and supporting the wider business with regulatory and technical requirements. Please note this job will require days in the office every week (Cookham, Berkshire).
Responsibilities
- SUPPLIER AND COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT
- Maintain supplier documentation (specifications, SDS, certifications, statements)
- Track expiry dates and ensure timely updates from suppliers
- Support supplier onboarding and due diligence processes
- Assist with supplier audits and follow-up actions
- CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS
- Complete customer questionnaires and specification requests
- Support responses to regulatory and technical enquiries
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of all customer-facing QA documentation
- QUALITY SYSTEMS AND DOCUMENTATION
- Maintain and update SOPs, policies, and internal documents
- Ensure all QA documentation is correctly version-controlled and accessible
- Support preparation for audits (ISO, GDP or equivalent)
- NON-CONFORMANCES AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- Log non-conformances and support investigations
- Track corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs)
- Assist in identifying recurring issues and improving processes
- CROSS-FUNCTIONAL SUPPORT
- Work with Customer Services, Sales, and Procurement to ensure accurate information flow
- Support the business in maintaining compliance across all regulated activities
