We are working with a top-tier law firm based in Edinburgh for an Associate and Senior Associate to join their Insolvency and Restructuring team.
The Role: The successful candidate will join one of the UK’s leading Insolvency and Restructuring teams, supporting a broad mix of transactional and advisory mandates including solvent and insolvent restructurings, refinancings, business sales, and contingency planning. You will work with insolvency practitioners, lenders, corporate clients, and other stakeholders, drafting and negotiating restructuring documentation.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ PQE
- Insolvency & Restructuring law background
- Ability to work within a busy environment
- Team player
- Technically excellent
