We are working with a leading international law firm based in Birmingham, or Cambridge, or Sheffield for an Associate to join their Healthcare team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will work within a leading Healthcare team, working with a range of clients including medical malpractice insurers, hospital groups, practitioners, and NHS Trusts.
The individual will work on a range of clinical negligence cases, advising on regulatory matters, medical insurance coverage, representing clients at inquests amongst other duties.
Essential Criteria:
- 5+ years’ PQE;
- Previous inquest or claims experience;
- Strong communication skills;
- Assisting on large cases within a team;
- Technically excellent.
