We are working with an international law firm based in London for an Associate or Senior Associate to join their Banking & Finance team.
The Role
The successful candidate will join a market-leading global Finance team advising banks, financial institutions, investment funds, sponsors and corporate clients on complex cross-border finance.
Working as part of the firm's senior bench in London, you will play a key role in the continued expansion of its international finance practice.
The role involves advising on a broad range of cross-border finance matters, delivering high-quality transactional advice and drafting finance documentation, while managing matters from inception through to completion.
The successful candidate will build and develop client relationships, support business development initiatives, and collaborate with colleagues across the firm's global network.
Essential Criteria
- 8+ years’ PQE;
- Strong banking & finance law background;
- Strong drafting skills;
