We are working with a top-tier international law firm based in London for a PSL to join their Corporate & Regulatory team.

The Role

The successful candidate will join a global Professional Support Lawyer team within a leading international offshore law firm, supporting transactional and regulatory lawyers across its international BVI practice.

Working closely with partners and practice leaders, you will play a key role in the firm's knowledge management function.

The role involves developing and maintaining precedents, practice notes, legal guides and other know-how resources, monitoring legal and regulatory developments, preparing technical briefings and client updates, and coordinating internal and external training programmes.

The successful candidate will also support knowledge management initiatives, document automation and standardisation projects, contribute to thought leadership and business development content.

Essential Criteria

  • 6+ years’ PQE;
  • Strong investment corporate & regulatory law experience;
  • PSL experience desirable but not essential;
  • Excellent academics;
  • Strong drafting abilities;
  • Interpersonal skills;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Team player;
  • Technically excellent.
