Commercial Disputes Solicitor in Slough

We are working with an elite international law firm who are seeking an Associate Solicitor to join their Commercial Disputes practice within their London office.

The Role

The successful candidate will join an esteemed Dispute Resolution department, working on a broad spectrum of commercial and corporate disputes. The candidate’s duties will include advising clients on commercial and contractual disputes, corporate crime, regulatory inquiries and investigations, class actions, LLP and partnership disputes, media and entertainment disputes, and mediation and arbitration.

The candidate will play a key supporting role within the team, facilitating the growth and development of junior members through supervision, training, and mentoring. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to participate in business development initiatives while managing client relationships.

Essential Criteria:

• 2-4 PQE;
• Strong background in commercial disputes within a medium to large commercial firm;
• Excellent commercial awareness;
• Outstanding academics;
• Technically excellent;
• Negotiation skills;
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
