We are working with an international UK law firm based in London or Bristol for an Associate to join their Banking team.
The successful candidate will join a leading Banking team, working on a wide range of transactional matters including negotiating, structuring and documenting loan arrangements across corporate lending, acquisition finance, real estate finance, fund finance, trade finance, and restructuring. The solicitor will support partners on complex domestic and cross-border deals, assisting with drafting, due diligence, and transaction management for both lenders and borrowers.
Essential Criteria:
- 1-3 years’ PQE;
- Banking & finance law background;
- Excellent academics;
- Commercial awareness;
- Technically excellent;
- Strong communication skills;
- Team-oriented.
