We are working with a top-tier law firm who are looking for a Senior Solicitor to join their Employment team on a remote basis.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a growing Employment team, advising clients across a range of industries including retail, financial services, and public sector. The Senior Solicitor will lead on complex Tribunal claims, advise on workplace issues including grievances, disciplinaries, and restructures.

The solicitor will also provide support on contract drafting, outsourcing, and corporate deals, while playing an active role in business development and having a willingness to mentor junior members of the firm.

Essential Criteria:

  • 5+ years’ PQE;
  • Strong employment law experience;
  • Willingness to mentor and supervise junior members of the firm;
  • Strong commercial awareness;
  • Experience in business development;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Team player;
  • Technically excellent.
