We are working with a leading international law firm based in London for a Senior Lawyer to join their Technology Transactions team.

The successful candidate will join a Technology Transactions team advising a broad range of clients on complex commercial technology, telecoms and digital transformation matters. The role involves working on SaaS and cloud arrangements, outsourcing and managed services, software licensing, technology development and system implementation projects, as well as emerging AI contracting and governance matters for both domestic and international clients. The position requires advising on the legal and commercial structuring of technology agreements. The role also includes leading on AI-related contractual and governance issues.

Essential Criteria:

  • 5+ years’ PQE;
  • Strong background in technology transactions, with exposure to AI;
  • Strong academics;
  • Technically excellent;
  • Negotiation skills;
  • Willingness to become involved in business development;
  • Ability to work independently and as a team.
