We are working with a top‑tier UK law firm based in London for a senior lawyer to join their Corporate Energy team.

The Role

The successful candidate will join a successful Corporate Energy team, working on a wide range of corporate transactions and projects. The role will involve advising on energy M&A, with opportunities to engage in commercial, regulatory, and financing matters.

The role offers exposure to mid‑market UK and international transactions, including work with energy funds, commodity trading companies and more.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• 5+ years’ PQE
• Corporate energy law background
• Ability to work within a busy environment
• Willingness to become involved in business development
• Willingness to mentor junior members of the firm
• Highly motivated
• Team player
• Technically excellent
• Excellent salary package (commensurate with experience)
