We are working with a leading international law firm who are seeking a Senior Associate Solicitor to join their Catastrophic Personal Injury team within their Manchester office.
The Role
The successful candidate will join an award-winning Personal Injury and Large Loss practice, advising on leading insurer and corporate clients on all aspects of a claim. The candidate will work across a diverse range of claims, including motor, EL/PL, equestrian and cross-border claims. Responsibilities include advising on matters such as liability investigations, policy coverage assessments, and quantum assessments for all levels of multi-track claims. This role will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to work with renowned clients across the nation, with chances to develop excellent client relationships across a range of insurance companies and self-insured commercial organisations.
Essential Criteria
- 5+ PQE;
- Strong background in catastrophic personal injury litigation and large loss;
- Ability to demonstrate strong commercial awareness;
- Outstanding academics;
- Technically excellent;
- Negotiation skills;
- Willingness to become involved in business development;
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
