We are working with a leading In-House Legal Team who are seeking an experienced Real Estate Lawyer with English & Welsh qualification to join their Real Estate Team in Belfast.
The Role:
Our client is a fast-growing Alternative Services Legal Team who are growing their Real Estate offering in Belfast. The successful candidate will work closely with the Company\'s London office to provide wide ranging commercial property advice for their UK wide client base. The role will involve:
- Drafting Commercial Leases;
- Title Reviews;
- Providing advice in respect of the reorganisation of real estate portfolios;
- Managing and advising upon acquisitions, sales, leasing, and development projects across the UK;
- Providing advice in respect of landlord & tenant issues;
- Advising upon planning issues.
Essential Criteria:
- Qualified Real Estate Solicitor - 4PQE+ (E&W qualification essential);
- Hands-on experience working across a range of Commercial Real Estate matters;
- Ability to multitask and work to deadlines;
- Ability to problem-solve independently and to think outside the box to offer solutions to potential legal issues;
- Excellent drafting skills;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Strong academic background.
