We are working with an international law firm based in London for a Lawyer to join their Real Estate Finance team. The firm is hiring at a variety of levels.
The successful candidate will join a successful team, advising on the finance aspects of real estate transactions. Responsibilities include acting for a broad range of lender and borrower clients, advising on development, investment and structured finance transactions.
The lawyer will manage and progress transactions from instruction through to completion, assist with drafting and negotiating finance documentation, coordinate with counterparties and other stakeholders, while also contributing to business development.
- 1-10 years’ PQE;
