We are working with a leading international law firm who are seeking an Associate Solicitor to join their Property Development team within their Belfast office.
The Role
The successful candidate will join a renowned national Real Estate practice, working on high-value development and investment transactions for a highly regarded client base.
The candidate will advise on development (commercial and mixed use) and investment transactions, working closely with leading developers, investors and banks, with duties including supporting major acquisitions, disposals, funding arrangements and asset management strategies.
The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to participate in business development initiatives while managing client relationships.
