Principal Lawyer - Property

We are working with a leading national law firm based in London for a Principal Associate to join their Intellectual Property team. The Principal Associate will work on a range of commercial IP matters including licensing and regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating high-value agreements, guiding clients though IP aspects of transactions and providing strategic advice on enforcement and risk management. The candidate will also keep up to date with regulatory developments.
