Personal Injury Solicitor

We are working with a market-leading international law firm who are looking for an Associate to join their Insurance team within their Belfast office.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join an accomplished and ever-growing team, engaging in a range of personal injury matters, including defendant product liability, motor, clinical, marine, reinsurance, and professional negligence. The candidate will work across a spectrum of claims, from liability actions from catastrophic claims, public liability, and road traffic accident claims.

The candidate will play a key role in supporting both international and domestic insurers in complex insurance litigation matters. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to contribute to business development while managing client relationships.

Essential Criteria

• 1-3 PQE;
• Strong background in insurance law;
• Ability to demonstrate strong commercial awareness;
• Outstanding academics;
• Technically excellent;
• Negotiation skills;
• Willingness to become involved in business development;
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
