We are working with a dynamic general practice based in Ballymena who are looking for an Associate Solicitor to join their Private Client team.
The successful candidate will join a collaborative and passionate team, advising on a variety of private client matters, including conveyancing, wills and estate planning, probate and estate administration, and trusts and tax planning. The candidate’s work will also include advising on residential sales/purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and EPAs. The candidate will engage in private client-related responsibilities to support individuals and families, including liaising with third party providers and drafting and reviewing legal documents. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to contribute to business development while managing client relationships.
Essential Criteria:
- 5+ PQE
- Strong background in wills, trusts, and estate planning
- Strong academics
- Technically excellent
- Negotiation skills
- Willingness to become involved in business development
- Ability to work independently and as a team
