We are working with a top-tier law firm based in Manchester for an Associate to join their Catastrophic Injury team.
The successful candidate will join a dynamic Catastrophic Injury team, supporting complex claims for major insurers and corporate clients. Responsibilities include handling and assisting on sensitive motor, EL/PL and sport-related concussion matters, including catastrophic brain and spinal injury claims, multi-track and large loss cases, and other high-profile litigation.
Essential Criteria:
- 1+ years’ PQE;
- Personal injury law background;
- Catastrophic injury defence experience desirable;
- Strong academics;
- Technically excellent;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Willingness to become involved in business development;
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
