Overview
We are working with a top-tier law firm who are looking for an Associate or Senior Associate to join their Employment team in Manchester or Bristol.
Responsibilities
The Senior Solicitor will lead on complex Tribunal claims, advise on workplace issues including grievances, disciplinaries, and restructures.
The solicitor will also provide support on contract drafting, outsourcing, and corporate deals, while playing an active role in business development and having a willingness to mentor junior members of the firm.
Qualifications
- 1+ years’ PQE;
- Strong employment law experience;
- Willingness to mentor and supervise junior members of the firm;
- Experience in business development;
- Team player;
- Technically excellent.
- Excellent salary package (commensurate with experience);
