We are working with a top-tier international law firm based in Manchester for a Senior Associate to join their Catastrophic Injury team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join a market-leading Catastrophic Injury team, advising major motor and composite insurers, London market insurers and corporate clients on complex, high-value injury claims involving serious and life-changing injuries.
The role will involve leading catastrophic injury matters across motor, employers' liability and public liability claims, developing case strategy and managing sensitive and high-profile litigation. The successful candidate will take ownership of significant cases, advise clients on liability and quantum, work closely with experts and counsel, supervise and mentor junior lawyers and contribute to key client relationships and the continued growth of the practice.
- 4-11 years’ PQE;
- Catastrophic/personal injury law experience;
- Strong academics;
- Technically excellent;
- Willingness to become involved in business development;
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
