We are working with an elite national law firm who are seeking a Managing Associate to lead their Real Estate practice within their Belfast office.
The successful candidate will join a nationally ranked Real Estate team, advising on a range of matters with a focus on clean energy projects (such as wind, solar, battery storage, and hydro). The candidate’s duties will involve:
- Drafting option agreements and leases
- Undertaking due diligence on projects
- Acting in relation to financing of projects and large-scale acquisitions and disposals
The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to participate in business development initiatives while managing client relationships.
Essential Criteria:
- 6+ PQE
- Strong background in real estate and future energy matters
- Excellent commercial awareness
- Outstanding academics
- Technically excellent
- Negotiation skills
- Willingness to become involved in business development
- Ability to work independently and as a team
