We are working with an elite international law firm who are seeking an Associate Solicitor to join their Technology Disputes & Regulation team within their London office.

The successful candidate will join a dynamic Legal Technology practice, advising clients on disputes and investigations at the intersection of law, regulation, and technology. The candidate will work on disputes and regulatory enforcement action arising from the development and use of AI, as well as the contractual and commercial disputes involving technology products and services, often with a multi-jurisdictional element.

The candidate will play a key supporting role within the team, facilitating the growth and development of junior members through supervision, training, and mentoring. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to participate in business development initiatives while managing client relationships.

Essential Criteria:

  • 2-5 PQE;
  • Strong background in commercial disputes and AI, technology, data or digital-related disputes within a medium to large commercial firm;
  • Excellent commercial awareness;
  • Outstanding academics;
  • Technically excellent;
  • Negotiation skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as a team.
