We are working with an international law firm based in London for an Associate/Senior Associate to join their Insolvency and Litigation team.
The successful candidate will join a global team, advising on a wide range of commercial and financial disputes, and both contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters. Clients include banks, corporations, shareholders, directors, and more.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Analysing legislation and case law
- Advising on insolvency frameworks
- Managing strong client relationships
- Contributing to business development initiatives
Essential Criteria:
- 4-8 years’ PQE
- Strong insolvency and commercial litigation background
- Excellent academics
- Technically excellent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
