We are working with an international law firm based in London for a Managing Lawyer to join their Leveraged Finance team.
The successful candidate will join a successful Leveraged/Acquisition Finance team, advising lenders, sponsors and portfolio companies on a wide range of leveraged and acquisition finance transactions. This work will include working across senior, unitranche, and other bespoke financing structures, supporting transactions from origination and negotiation to documentation, closing, and post-completion.
Essential Criteria:
- 5+ years’ PQE;
- Strong leveraged/acquisition/debt finance experience;
- Excellent academics;
- Confident in managing transactions;
- Technically excellent;
- Confident communicator;
- Multi-tasking skills;
- Flexible and collaborative team player.
