We are working with a top-tier national law firm based in London, Oxford, Cardiff, Manchester, Leeds or Belfast for an Associate or Senior Associate to join their Employment team.

The successful candidate will join a market-leading employment practice advising employer clients on day-to-day HR and workplace issues, including disciplinaries, grievances, contracts, policies, discrimination, flexible working, restructures, redundancies and strategic workforce projects. The position also includes handling employment litigation and dispute resolution matters, including Employment Tribunal and High Court proceedings involving discrimination, whistleblowing, restrictive covenants, injunctions and confidential information disputes.
