We are working with a market-leading national Construction company who are seeking a HR Consultant to join their Toome office.

The Role

This role offers the exceptional opportunity to advise on people strategy within a renowned, multi-jurisdictional organisation. The candidate will provide expert HR guidance and case management, and support business operations through advising on employee relations, policy interpretation, performance, and organisational development initiatives. The candidate’s duties will also include leading on HR casework including absence management, disciplinary, capability, grievance, and performance issues.

Through this role, the candidate will lead and manage complex HR and employee relations cases within agreed risk thresholds, while maintaining consistent compliance with Irish and European employment legislation and internal policies.

Essential Criteria:

  • Proven experience in an HR Advisor or HR Consultant role;
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR practice;
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field;
  • Experience with HRIS systems and digital HR processes;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Strong organisational skills;
  • Highly detail-oriented;
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
