We are working with a leading law firm based in Belfast for a Lead Lawyer to join their Fraud team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join a leading Fraud team, overseeing a small group of lawyers handling High Court cases. A key part of the role includes leadership, ensuring engagement, motivation, and professional growth.
The Lead Lawyer will devise case strategies, ensure compliance, and enhance fraud processes. The candidate will also manage key client relationships, oversee reporting, and lead training.
