We are working with an international law firm based in London for an Associate to join their Derivatives & Structured Products team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join an established team, working on a broad range of transactional derivatives and structured products, including OTC fixed income, asset-backed securities, repackaging, stock loans, among many other matters.
The individual will advise leading financial institutions and funds on complex cross-border matters and smaller transactions. They will work on some of the most high-profile and complex transactions in the market.
- 3-6 years’ PQE;
- Strong background in transactional derivatives and structured products;
- Strong academics required;
- Technically excellent;
- Client-focused;
- Willingness to become involved in business development;
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Excellent salary package (commensurate with experience);
