We are working with a top-tier law firm who are looking for a Knowledge Lawyer to join their Real Estate team. This role can be based in Manchester, Bristol, or Birmingham.

The successful candidate will join a nationwide Real Estate team in a knowledge and professional support capacity. The role involves supporting the development and delivery of the team’s knowledge strategy through the creation, maintenance and management of precedents, practice notes and internal guidance materials. The position also includes delivering internal and client-facing training, monitoring legal and market developments affecting the real estate sector, and supporting knowledge-sharing initiatives across the practice.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Identifying process and technology efficiencies
  • Preparing legal insights and external publications
  • Assisting with tender responses and business development materials

Essential Criteria:

  • 2+ years’ PQE
  • Strong real estate law experience
  • Willingness to mentor and supervise junior members of the firm
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Experience in business development
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team player
  • Technically excellent

Benefits:
