The predicted salary is between 45000 - 55000 £ per year.
We are working with a leading international law firm who are seeking an Associate Solicitor to join their Funds & Investment Management team within their London office.
The successful candidate will join an elite Investment Management practice, advising a variety of international and domestic clients across a broad range of asset classes, such as investment banks, managers, and private equity managers. The candidate will advise clients across a diverse range of private fund matters, including:
- Reviewing transaction documentation
- Drafting and negotiating fund documentation
- The structuring, establishment and operation of fund products
The candidate will play a key role in supporting the firm’s client base in the establishment of all types of fund structures across a range of investment strategies. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to contribute to business development while managing client relationships.
Requirements:
- 1-5 PQE
- Strong background in investment funds and asset management within a medium to large commercial law firm
- Outstanding academics
- Technically excellent
- Willingness to become involved in business development
- Ability to work independently and as a team
