We are working with an international law firm based in Newcastle Upon Tyne for an Associate to join their Healthcare team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join our client’s prestigious healthcare team. Specialising in inquests, regulatory, criminal, clinical, and disciplinary claims, this team provides exceptional legal support to practitioners, insurers, and the NHS.
In this role the individual will manage a varied caseload, offer expert legal advice, conduct advocacy, and attend hearings.
Essential Criteria:
- 2+ years’ PQE;
- Background in handling inquests, regulatory, or criminal matters;
- Advocacy, negotiation, and drafting skills;
- Strong communication skills;
- Experience handling a high-volume caseload;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Technically excellent.
