Job Description

We are working with an international top-tier law firm based in Edinburgh for a Solicitor to join their Healthcare team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a growing Healthcare team, managing a mixed caseload of clinical negligence and historical abuse claims. Clients include major indemnifiers, insurers, healthcare professionals, local authorities, and charities.

This role involves combines case management, drafting, negotiation and client engagement, within a collaborative and supportive environment. The role also offers the opportunity to take ownership of files and liaise with clients.

Essential Criteria:

  • 0-5 years’ PQE;
  • Litigation experience;
  • Strong academic background;
  • Technically excellent;
  • Ability to work independently and as a team;
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment;
  • Strong communication skills.
