The predicted salary is between 55000 - 65000 £ per year.

We are working with a leading national firm who are seeking associate solicitors at all levels to join their Family law department within their London office.

The successful candidate will join an award-winning Family team, advising on a spectrum of family law matters, covering both litigation and non-court dispute resolution. The candidate will work on matters such as private children law litigation, cross-border children litigation, financial remedy litigation, and prepare legal documents, including Forms E, Questionnaires, witness statements, and draft orders.

The candidate will play a key role in supporting the firm’s client base in all aspects of family litigation, with the opportunity to focus on children or financial work. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to contribute to business development initiatives while managing client relationships.

  • 1+ PQE
  • Strong background in family law, contested case and/or court proceedings
